Read each listing hub first, wheel second: the adapter bolts to your 5x100 hub, and the new wheels mount on the second pattern. A pair covers one axle.

What does dual-drilled mean? Two hub patterns are machined into one adapter. The 5x100/112 to 5x120 pair, for example, bolts to a 5x100 or a 5x112 hub and puts a 5x120 pattern on the wheel side.

Is 5x4.75 the same as 5x120? No. 5x4.75 equals 5x120.65, and the two patterns do not interchange. Confirm which pattern your wheels are drilled for before ordering.
