The 300 2005–2023, 300C 2005–2023 and 300S 2012–2023 use 5x115 with a 14x1.5 thread and a 71.5mm to 71.6mm hub. Two pairs fit: the 5x115 hub centric pair, bored 71.5mm with 14x1.5 studs (1"), and the 5x115 bolt-on pair with a 73.1mm center bore and 14x1.5 studs (0.75" to 2"). 300M 1999–2004, Concorde 1993–2004, LHS 1994–2001, Town & Country 1990–2007, 200 2011–2014 and Sebring 2007–2010 wheel spacers: 5x114.3 (5x4.5"), 12x1.5 thread

With a 71.5mm hub: the 300M 1999–2004, Concorde 1993–2004, LHS 1994–2001, New Yorker 1994–1996, Town & Country 1990–2007, Voyager 2000–2003 and Grand Voyager 2000 fit the 5x4.5" bolt-on pair with 12x1.5 studs (73mm center bore, 0.75" to 2"). With a 67.1mm hub: the 200 2011–2014 and Sebring 2007–2010 fit the 5x4.5" hub centric pair with a 67.1mm bore (12x1.5 studs, 1", for factory wheels with a 67.1mm center bore) or the same 73mm-bore pair. The 67.1mm hub centric pair is too small for the 71.5mm-hub cars. If the factory studs stand proud of a bolt-on pair's face and stop the wheel seating flush, shorten them.

PT Cruiser 2001–2010, Sebring 1996–2006 (sedan and convertible, not the coupe) and Cirrus 1995–2000 wheel spacers: 5x100, 12x1.5 thread, 57.1mm hub

The PT Cruiser 2001–2010, Sebring sedan and convertible 1996–2006 and Cirrus 1995–2000 use 5x100 with a 12x1.5 thread and a 57.1mm hub. The 57.1mm hub centric slip-on pairs fit them: the dual-drilled 5x100/5x112 pairs in 5mm and 15mm. For a wider setup, the 5x100 bolt-on pair (57.1mm bore, 12x1.5 studs, 1" to 2") fits the same cars; if the factory studs stand proud of its face and stop the wheel seating flush, shorten them. On a slip-on, check that the studs keep full thread engagement at the thickness you choose, fitting longer studs if they fall short (from 15mm up, plan on them). Do not shorten studs merely because they project through a slip-on, lipped or flat. Check that closed-end lug nuts do not bottom out. On a car with lug bolts, use bolts with the required thread and seat, long enough for the required thread engagement at the chosen spacer thickness, and check that they do not contact other components. For the flat 57.1mm 4x100 pairs in 5mm or 8mm, measure your hub or confirm your vehicle's hub size before ordering.

Crossfire 2004–2008 wheel spacers: 5x112, 12x1.5 lug bolts, 66.6mm hub

The Crossfire 2004–2008 is built on Mercedes-Benz running gear: 5x112 with 12x1.5 lug bolts and a 66.6mm hub. Fit the 5x112 hub centric Mercedes pair (66.56mm bore, 12x1.5 studs, 1" or 1.5"), whose listing is for a factory hub no taller than 20mm and for Mercedes factory wheels, so measure the hub height and check that your wheels' center bore fits over the pair's wheel-side pilot, which is made for Mercedes factory wheels, before ordering; the 57.1mm 5x100/5x112 slip-ons do not go over its hub. Bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts: the Crossfire has no wheel studs, so the pair mounts to the hub with hub-side lug bolts in 12x1.5 and the correct seat, bought separately, and the wheel then mounts on the pair's studs with the lug nuts named in its listing, or lug nuts matching its stud thread and your wheel's seat if none are named. Those hub-side bolts must reach full thread engagement in the hub, with their heads fully recessed below the pair's wheel-side face so the wheel seats flush.

How to choose a Chrysler spacer: slip-on or bolt-on, thread, hub bore and thickness

Slip-on spacers slide over existing wheel studs like a thick washer, ideal for thin adjustments. Bolt-on spacers bolt directly to factory studs using separate hardware and feature their own integrated studs to mount the wheel, ideal for wider setups. Either type can be hub centric, meaning bored to the hub diameter so the hub does the centering.

• Thread: 14x1.5 on the 300, 300C and 300S; 12x1.5 on every other Chrysler here, including the Crossfire's lug bolts. A bolt-on pair's studs must carry your vehicle's thread. On a hub with wheel studs, your own lug nuts clamp the pair to the hub; on a hub with lug bolts, the hub-side bolts are bought separately in your car's thread and seat, because bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts. The wheel then mounts on the pair's studs with the lug nuts named in that pair's listing, or with lug nuts that match its stud thread if the listing names none.
