Saturn Wheel Spacers
Saturn Wheel Spacers for the Sky, Aura, Ion, L-Series, Astra, S-Series and Outlook
Saturn wheel spacers by bolt pattern: the Sky 2007–2010, Aura 2007–2009, Ion Red Line 2004–2007 and L-Series 2000–2005 use 5x110 with a 65.1mm hub; the Ion 2003–2007 (not the Red Line) and S-Series 1991–2002 use 4x100; the Outlook 2007–2010 uses 6x132, but its hub is not confirmed, so measure it. Each pair's conditions are below.

Saturn spacer fitment guide & common questions
Sky 2007–2010, Aura 2007–2009, Ion Red Line 2004–2007, L-Series 2000–2005 and Astra 2008–2009 wheel spacers: 5x110, 12x1.5 thread, 65.1mm hub
The Sky 2007–2010, Aura 2007–2009, Ion Red Line 2004–2007 and L-Series 2000–2005 use 5x110 with a 12x1.5 thread on a 65.1mm hub. Fit the 5x110 hub centric slip-on pair (65.1mm bore, 5mm; on the Aura, listed only for XE/XR trims) or the 5x110 bolt-on pair (65.1mm bore, 12x1.5 studs, 1" or 1.25"). Before ordering the 5mm 5x110 slip-on pair, check your hub diameter. On the slip-on, check that your studs or lug bolts keep full thread engagement with it in place, and fit longer ones if they fall short. The Astra 2008–2009 is 5x110 with a 65.1mm hub too, but it holds its wheels with 12x1.5 lug bolts: the 5mm slip-on pair needs 12x1.5 lug bolts with your wheel's seat, 5mm longer than stock, to keep full thread engagement, and the bolt-on pair mounts with hub-side lug bolts in 12x1.5 and the correct seat for the pair, bought separately, because bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts; the wheel then mounts on the pair's studs with the lug nuts named in its listing, or lug nuts matching its stud thread and your wheel's seat if none are named. Those hub-side bolts must reach full thread engagement in the hub, with their heads fully recessed below the pair's wheel-side face so the wheel seats flush. Conversions: 5x110 hub wheel adapters.
Ion 2003–2007 (not the Red Line) and S-Series 1991–2002 wheel spacers: 4x100, 12x1.5 thread, 57.1mm hub
The Ion 2003–2007 (except the five-lug Red Line) and S-Series 1991–2002 use 4x100 with a 12x1.5 thread and a 57.1mm hub. Fit the 57.1mm hub centric 4x100 slip-ons (5mm or 8mm, or 15mm or 20mm with a centering lip your wheel's center bore must accept) or, for more than 20mm, the 4x100 bolt-on pair (64mm center bore, 12x1.5 studs, 1" to 2"); on the bolt-on pair, if the factory studs stand proud of its face and stop the wheel seating flush, shorten them. Before ordering the flat 5mm or 8mm 4x100 slip-ons, measure your hub or confirm your vehicle's hub size. On a slip-on, check that the studs keep full thread engagement at the thickness you choose, fitting longer studs if they fall short (from 15mm up, plan on them); never shorten the studs, because they pass through the spacer and the wheel. With longer studs fitted, check that closed-end lug nuts don't bottom out. Other makes on the pattern: 4 lug wheel spacers.
Outlook 2007–2010 wheel spacers: 6x132, 14x1.5 studs
The Outlook 2007–2010 uses 6x132 with a 14x1.5 thread and lug nuts. The 6x132 bolt-on pair (74.5mm bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.25") matches the pattern and thread, but its 74.5mm bore has not been confirmed against the Outlook's hub by an outside source, so measure your hub before ordering. If the factory studs stand proud of the pair's face and stop the wheel seating flush, shorten them.
How to choose a Saturn spacer: slip-on or bolt-on, thread, hub bore and thickness
Slip-on spacers slide over existing wheel studs like a thick washer, ideal for thin adjustments. Bolt-on spacers bolt directly to factory studs using separate hardware and feature their own integrated studs to mount the wheel, ideal for wider setups. Hub centric is an attribute of both types: the 65.1mm and 57.1mm hub centric slip-ons here match the Saturn hubs, so the hub, not the studs, centers them.
- Thread: 12x1.5 on every Saturn named here (except the Outlook; lug bolts on the Astra); 14x1.5 on the Outlook. A bolt-on pair's studs must carry your vehicle's thread. On a hub with wheel studs, your own lug nuts clamp the pair to the hub; on a hub with lug bolts, the hub-side bolts are bought separately in your car's thread and seat, because bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts. The wheel then mounts on the pair's studs with the lug nuts named in that pair's listing, or with lug nuts that match its stud thread if the listing names none.
- Hub bore: 65.1mm on the 5x110 cars, 57.1mm on the 4x100 cars. If your Saturn is not named above, measure the hub, or measure your bolt pattern if you are unsure of it.
- Thickness available: 5x110 slip-on 5mm, bolt-on 1" or 1.25"; 4x100 slip-on 5mm to 20mm (the lipped 15mm and 20mm need a wheel center bore that accepts the lip), bolt-on 1" to 2"; 6x132 pair 1.25" (measure the Outlook's hub first: the pair's 74.5mm bore is not confirmed against it). Before ordering the flat 5mm or 8mm 4x100 slip-ons, measure your hub or confirm your vehicle's hub size. On a slip-on, keep full thread engagement at the thickness you choose, fitting suitable longer studs if needed. On the Astra, use 12x1.5 lug bolts with the seat required by the wheel and enough length for the required engagement, and check that the bolts do not contact brake or other components. On the Astra the 5x110 bolt-on pair also needs hub-side lug bolts in 12x1.5 and the correct seat, bought separately, long enough for full thread engagement in the hub and with heads fully recessed below the pair's wheel-side face. Before ordering the 5mm 5x110 slip-on pair, check your hub diameter. Take the thinnest that clears. The wheel must seat flush on any pair; the 4x100 and 6x132 bolt-on pairs' listings say to shorten factory studs that stand proud of a pair's face and stop the wheel seating flush. On a slip-on, never shorten the studs, because they pass through the spacer and the wheel. With longer studs fitted, check that closed-end lug nuts don't bottom out.
- Torque: torque to Saturn's specification for your model and check the nuts (the wheel bolts on the Astra), and on the Astra with a bolt-on pair the hub-side bolts too, again after the first 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
Which spacers fit a Saturn Sky? Sky 2007–2010: the 5x110 hub centric slip-on pair (5mm) or the 5x110 bolt-on pair (1" or 1.25"). Before ordering the 5mm 5x110 slip-on pair, check your hub diameter. On the slip-on, check that your studs or lug bolts keep full thread engagement with it in place, and fit longer ones if they fall short.
Which spacers fit a Saturn Ion? Ion 2003–2007 (not the Red Line): the 57.1mm 4x100 slip-ons (the 15mm and 20mm have a centering lip your wheel's center bore must accept) or the 4x100 bolt-on pair (if the factory studs stand proud of its face and stop the wheel seating flush, shorten them). Before ordering the 5mm 5x110 slip-on pair, check your hub diameter. Ion Red Line 2004–2007: the 5x110 spacers.
Do bolt-on Saturn spacers include lug nuts? Each listing says what it includes. The pair fastens to the hub with your own lug nuts on a studded hub, or with hub-side lug bolts in your car's thread and seat, bought separately, on a lug-bolt hub, since bolt-on spacers never include lug bolts. The wheel mounts on the pair's studs with the lug nuts named in that listing, or with lug nuts matching its stud thread if none are named.
