6 lug spacer fitment guide & common questions
Silverado 1500 1999–2023 and Sierra 1500 1999–2023 (not the 1500HD), Tahoe 1995–2023 4WD and 2001–2023 2WD and Escalade 2002–2025 wheel spacers: 6x139.7 (6x5.5"), 14x1.5 thread, 78.1mm hub
The Silverado 1500 1999–2023 and GMC Sierra 1500 1999–2023 (not the 2001–2006 1500HD, which is 8-lug), Tahoe 1995–2023 4WD and 2001–2023 2WD (the 1995–2000 GMT400-body 2WD Tahoe is five-lug), Colorado 2023–2026, Avalanche 2002–2013 (not the 2500), Express 1500 2003–2014, Escalade 1999–2000 and 2002–2025 and Escalade EXT 2002–2013 use 6x139.7 with a 14x1.5 thread and a 78.1mm hub. Fit the 6x5.5" bolt-on pair with a 108mm center bore (14x1.5 studs, 1" or 1.5"; check your hub diameter before ordering: the center bore must clear it). The 6x5.5" hub centric Chevy pair (78.1mm bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.5" or 2", for factory wheels with a 78mm center bore) follows its own list, which names every truck here. The half-ton Suburban 2000–2023 is listed with a 78.3mm hub for 2000 and 78.1mm for 2016–2023, and the C/K 1500 4WD 1988–1999 has a 78.3mm hub: take the 108mm-bore pair with 14x1.5 studs, which clears either (check your hub diameter before ordering); the 78.1mm hub centric pair is not offered for them, because its bore is smaller than the 78.3mm hub recorded for the 2000 Suburban and the C/K 1500 4WD and the Suburban's hub is not confirmed for every year in between. More years and models: Chevy wheel spacers and Cadillac wheel spacers.
Tacoma 1995–2026 (not the 1995–2015 2WD non-PreRunner), 4Runner 1984–2026, Tundra 2000–2006 and 2022–2023, Sequoia 2001–2007 and 2023–2026 and FJ Cruiser 2007–2014 wheel spacers: 6x139.7 (6x5.5")
The Tacoma 1995–2023 (not the 1995–2015 2WD non-PreRunner), 4Runner 1984–2024, FJ Cruiser 2007–2014, Tundra 2000–2006 and Sequoia 2001–2007 use 6x139.7 with a 12x1.5 thread and a 106.1mm hub: fit the 6x5.5" bolt-on pair with 12x1.5 studs (108mm center bore, 0.75" to 3"); all of them, the trucks its listing names, can also take the 6x5.5" hub centric Toyota pair (106mm bore, 12x1.5 studs, 1" to 2", for factory wheels with a 106mm center bore). The Tacoma 2024–2026, 4Runner 2025–2026, Sequoia 2023–2026 and Tundra 2022–2023 moved to a 14x1.5 thread and a 95mm hub: fit the 6x5.5" bolt-on pair with 14x1.5 studs and a 108mm center bore (1" or 1.5"; check your hub diameter before ordering it); all of them, the trucks its listing names, can also take the 6x5.5" hub centric Tundra 2023 pair (95mm bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.25" or 1.5", for factory wheels with a 95mm center bore). More years and models: Toyota wheel spacers.
Ram 1500 2019–2022 (not the Classic), Titan XD 2016–2022 and Armada 2017–2024 wheel spacers: 6x139.7 (6x5.5"), 14x1.5 thread, 77.8mm hub
The six-lug Ram 1500 2019–2022, Titan XD 2016–2022 and Armada 2017–2024 use 6x139.7 with a 14x1.5 thread and a 77.8mm hub. Fit the 78mm-bore pair (0.75" to 3") or the 108mm-bore pair with 14x1.5 studs (1" or 1.5"); before ordering either, check your hub diameter: the center bore must clear it. All three, the trucks its listing names, can also take the 6x5.5" hub centric pair made for the Ram 1500 (77.8mm bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.5", for factory wheels with a 77.8mm center bore). The 78.1mm hub centric Chevy pair is not offered for these trucks: its 78.1mm lip does not fit a 77.8mm wheel center bore such as the Ram 1500's. On the Armada 2017–2024 one outside source lists the hub at 78mm, so measure the hub and your wheels' center bore before choosing. The Titan 2004–2022 (not the XD) and Armada 2004–2016 keep a 12x1.25 thread on the same 77.8mm hub and take the 6x5.5" Nissan bolt-on pair with 12x1.25 studs (108mm center bore, 1" to 2"). The Frontier 1998–2004 and Pathfinder 1987–2004 (100.1mm hub) and Xterra 2000–2004 (100.3mm hub) use the same pattern and 12x1.25 thread and take the same pair, which clears those hubs. See Dodge and Ram wheel spacers.
Ranger 2019–2026 and Bronco 2021–2022 wheel spacers: 6x139.7 (6x5.5"), 12x1.5 thread, 93.1mm hub
The Ranger 2019–2026 and the new Bronco 2021–2022 (not the Bronco Sport) use 6x139.7 with a 12x1.5 thread and a 93.1mm hub: fit the 6x5.5" bolt-on pair with 12x1.5 studs (108mm center bore, 0.75" to 3"), which clears the hub and centers on the studs, after checking that your studs are 12x1.5, since performance trims are not separately confirmed.
New-body F-150 2004–2026 (not the 2004 Heritage, an old-body truck, or the 2004–2014 heavy-duty payload package), Expedition 2003–2026 and Navigator 2003–2026 wheel spacers: 6x135, 87.1mm hub
The new-body F-150 2004–2014 (standard payload; not the 2004 Heritage, an old-body truck, or the heavy-duty payload package of those years, which has 7 lugs), Expedition 2003–2014 and Navigator 2003–2014 use 6x135 with a 14x2.0 thread; the F-150 2015–2026, F-150 Lightning 2022–2025, Expedition 2015–2026 and Navigator 2015–2026 use 6x135 with a 14x1.5 thread. All of them have an 87.1mm hub. Two hub centric pairs match, one per thread: the 6x135 hub centric pair with 14x2.0 studs for 2004–2014 and the 6x135 hub centric pair with 14x1.5 studs for 2015–2026, each with an 87.18mm bore in 1", 1.5" and 2" and hub centric to factory wheels. See Ford wheel spacers.
US Frontier 2005–2026, Dakota 1991–2004, Durango 1999–2003 and Viper 1992–2017 wheel spacers: 6x114.3 (6x4.5")
The US Frontier 2005–2026, Pathfinder 2005–2012 and Xterra 2005–2015 use 6x114.3 with a 12x1.25 thread and a 66.1mm hub: fit the 6x4.5" Nissan bolt-on pair with 12x1.25 studs (66.1mm bore, 1" to 2"). Or fit the 6x4.5" hub centric Nissan pair (66.1mm bore, 12x1.25 studs, 1.5", for factory wheels with a 66.1mm center bore). The Dakota 1991–2004, Durango 1999–2003 and Viper 1992–2017 use 6x114.3 (6x4.5") with a 1/2"-20 thread and a 71.5mm to 71.6mm hub: fit the 6x4.5" bolt-on pair with 1/2" studs (73.1mm center bore, 1" to 2"), whose listing names all three, the Dakota through 2004.
Colorado 2015–2022, Canyon 2015–2022, Blazer 2019–2025 (not the Blazer EV) and SRX 2010–2016 wheel spacers: 6x120, 14x1.5 thread, 66.9mm hub
The Colorado 2015–2022, GMC Canyon 2015–2022, Blazer 2019–2026 (not the Blazer EV), Cadillac SRX 2010–2016 and Saab 9-4X 2011 use 6x120 with a 14x1.5 thread and a 66.9mm hub. The 6x120 bolt-on pair (67.1mm center bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.25") says to use it only on the vehicles its listing names, which include the Colorado 2015–2022, Canyon 2015–2022, Blazer 2019–2025 and SRX 2010–2016; the 2026 Blazer, the Traverse 2018–2023, the Enclave 2018–2026 and the XT5 2017–2026 match its pattern, thread and hub but are not named on that listing.
TrailBlazer 2002–2009, Envoy 2002–2009, Rainier 2004–2007, SSR 2003–2006 and 9-7X 2005–2009 wheel spacers: 6x127 (6x5"), 12x1.5 thread
The TrailBlazer 2002–2009, GMC Envoy 2002–2009, Saab 9-7X 2005–2009 and Chevy SSR 2003–2006 use 6x127 with a 12x1.5 thread and a 77.8mm to 78.3mm hub: fit the 6x5" hub centric TrailBlazer and Envoy pair (78.3mm bore, 12x1.5 studs, 1.5"; its listing is for factory TrailBlazer, SSR and Envoy wheels, so on a 9-7X or Rainier use it only with factory wheels whose center bore matches that hub) or the 6x5" bolt-on pair (78.3mm center bore, 12x1.5 studs, 1" to 1.5"; check your hub diameter before ordering: the center bore must clear it). The Buick Rainier 2004–2007 uses the same pattern and thread; outside sources list its hub at 77.8mm to 78.3mm, most at 78.1mm, so it takes the same two pairs, but measure the hub before ordering.
Enclave 2008–2017, Acadia 2007–2016 and Outlook 2007–2010 wheel spacers: 6x132, 14x1.5 thread
The Buick Enclave 2008–2017 and GMC Acadia 2007–2016 use 6x132 with a 14x1.5 thread and a 74.5mm hub. The Saturn Outlook 2007–2010 uses the same pattern and thread. The 6x132 bolt-on pair (74.5mm bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.25") says to use it only on the vehicles its listing names, which include these three; the Outlook's hub is not confirmed by an outside source, so measure it first. Newer 6x132 models are not named on that listing.
Dodge Sprinter 2500 2007–2009, Sprinter 2500 2010–2022 and Sprinter 1500 2019–2022 wheel spacers: 6x130, 14x1.5 thread, 84.1mm hub
The Dodge Sprinter 2500 2007–2009, Mercedes Sprinter 2500 2010–2022 and Sprinter 1500 2019–2022 use 6x130 with a 14x1.5 thread and an 84.1mm hub: fit the 6x130 Sprinter bolt-on pair (84.1mm bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.5"). The Dodge Sprinter 2500 2007–2009 uses 14x1.5 lug bolts, and so does the Sprinter 1500 2019–2022. On a Mercedes Sprinter 2500 2010–2022, check what your van uses before buying hub-side hardware. Bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts: the pair mounts to the hub with hub-side lug bolts in the vehicle's required thread and the pair's required seat, bought separately. Those hub-side bolts must reach full thread engagement in the hub, with their heads fully recessed below the pair's wheel-side face so the wheel seats flush.
6 lug slip-on rings
The 1/4" and 1/2" slip-on rings are drilled for 6x139.7 and 6x135 (and the matching 5-lug patterns); their listing says they are not for the Dodge Dakota or the GMC Envoy and TrailBlazer. The 1/4" ring for 6x114.3 and 6x127 is also offered. None of these rings is hub centric, so check that the center opening clears your hub and that your studs keep full thread engagement at that thickness: never shorten the studs on a slip-on; keep the thread engagement required by the vehicle, wheel and fastener manufacturers, fit suitable longer studs if they fall short, and check that closed-end lug nuts do not bottom out. See universal multi-fit wheel spacers.
How to choose a 6 lug spacer: slip-on or bolt-on, thread, hub bore and thickness
Slip-on spacers slide over existing wheel studs like a thick washer, ideal for thin adjustments. Bolt-on spacers bolt directly to factory studs using separate hardware and feature their own integrated studs to mount the wheel, ideal for wider setups. Hub centric is an attribute of both types: a hub centric pair is bored to the hub diameter, so the hub, not the studs, centers it.
- Thread: a bolt-on pair's studs must carry your vehicle's thread. On a hub with wheel studs, lug nuts in your vehicle's stud thread and the pair's required seat clamp the pair to the hub (your own nuts only if they meet both); on a hub with lug bolts, the hub-side bolts are bought separately in your vehicle's thread and the pair's required seat, because bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts. The wheel then mounts on the pair's studs with lug nuts that match both the pair's stud thread and your wheels' seat (check whether the listing includes nuts).
- Hub bore: a hub centric pair's bore matches the hub; a lug centric pair's center bore only has to clear it. A bore smaller than your hub will not seat. If your vehicle is not named above, measure the hub, or measure your bolt pattern if you are unsure of it.
- Thickness available: bolt-on 0.75" to 3" depending on the pair; slip-on rings 1/4" and 1/2". Start with the thinnest that clears; on a thin bolt-on pair whose listing says so, factory studs that stand proud of its face and stop the wheel seating flush need shortening, most often at 1"; never shorten the studs on a slip-on.
- Torque: torque to your vehicle maker's specification and check the nuts again after the first 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
Which 6 lug spacers fit a Silverado 1500 or Tahoe? Silverado 1500 1999–2023 (not the 1500HD) and Tahoe 1995–2023 4WD and 2001–2023 2WD: the 78.1mm hub centric Chevy pair (for factory wheels with a 78mm center bore) or the 108mm-bore pair with 14x1.5 studs (check your hub diameter before ordering: the center bore must clear it).
Which spacers fit a Toyota Tacoma? Tacoma 1995–2023 (not the 1995–2015 2WD non-PreRunner): the 108mm 12x1.5 pair or the 106mm hub centric pair (for factory wheels with a 106mm center bore). Tacoma 2024–2026: the 108mm 14x1.5 pair (check your hub diameter before ordering it) or the Tundra 2023 hub centric pair (for factory wheels with a 95mm center bore).
Which spacers fit an F-150? New-body F-150 2004–2014 standard payload (not the 2004 Heritage, an old-body truck): the 6x135 hub centric pair with 14x2.0 studs. F-150 2015–2026: the 6x135 hub centric pair with 14x1.5 studs. Both 6x135 hub centric pairs are hub centric to factory wheels.
Do 6 lug bolt-on spacers include lug nuts? Each listing says what it includes. The pair fastens to the hub with lug nuts in your vehicle's stud thread and the pair's required seat on a studded hub (your own nuts only if they meet both), or with hub-side lug bolts in your vehicle's thread and the pair's required seat, bought separately, on a lug-bolt hub, since bolt-on spacers never include lug bolts. The wheel mounts on the pair's studs with lug nuts that match both the pair's stud thread and your wheels' seat (check whether the listing includes nuts).
