Buzz 2025–2026, Phaeton 2004–2006 and Eurovan 1993–2003. Two kinds of spacer fit them:

• Slip-on: the 57.1mm hub centric pairs: the dual-drilled 5x100/5x112 pairs in 5mm and 10mm and the 15mm Audi VW pair (the 5x112-only 10mm Audi pair is listed for Audi and does not name VW). A slip-on takes its own thickness out of the thread engagement. On a VW with lug bolts, use longer lug bolts in your vehicle's thread and your wheel's seat, long enough for the thread engagement required by the vehicle, wheel and fastener manufacturers at the spacer thickness you choose, and check that they do not contact brake or other components. On studs, never shorten the studs on a slip-on; keep the thread engagement required by the vehicle, wheel and fastener manufacturers, fit suitable longer studs if they fall short, and check that closed-end lug nuts do not bottom out. The Atlas 2018–2023 and Atlas Cross Sport 2020–2023 fasteners are not confirmed by an outside source, so check yours.
• Bolt-on: the 5x112 bolt-on pair with 14x1.5 studs (66.56mm center bore, 1.25"), which clears the 57.1mm hub and centers on the studs. Bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts: the pair mounts to the hub with hub-side lug bolts in the vehicle's required thread and the pair's required seat, bought separately. Those hub-side bolts must reach full thread engagement in the hub, with their heads fully recessed below the pair's wheel-side face so the wheel seats flush. On a hub with wheel studs, lug nuts in your vehicle's stud thread and the pair's required seat clamp the pair to the hub instead (your own nuts only if they meet both). The wheel then mounts on the pair's studs with lug nuts that match its 14x1.5 stud thread and your wheels' seat (the pair's included nuts are listed for Mercedes wheels).

Later years of the Golf R, Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport are not yet confirmed by an outside source. The 5x112-only 20mm Audi slip-on pair (not for the Audi TT) is listed for Audi and does not state its bore, so this page does not match it to a VW; check its listing before ordering it. Fit the dual-drilled 5x100/5x112 slip-on pairs in 5mm or 10mm or the 16mm and 20mm 4x100/5x100 pairs, whose listings name every car here; the 15mm Audi VW pair and the 5x112-only 10mm Audi pair are drilled for 5x112 only and do not fit these cars. These VWs use 4x100 with a 12x1.5 thread and a 57.1mm hub: the four-cylinder Golf 1985–1992 and 1993–1998 (not the GTI) and Jetta 1980–1992 and 1993–1998 (the VR6 cars of those years are 5x100, above), GTI 1983–1992, Rabbit 1975–1984, Rabbit Pickup 1980–1983, Scirocco 1975–1988, Corrado 1990–1992 (not the Corrado SLC), Cabriolet 1980–1993, Cabrio 1995–2002, Fox 1987–1993, Quantum 1982–1988 (not the Syncro), Dasher 1974–1981 and the four-lug Passat 1990–1994 (not the Passat VR6 or Syncro). The 57.1mm hub centric 4x100 slip-ons in 5mm and 8mm and the 16mm and 20mm 4x100/5x100 pairs fit them. The 15mm and 20mm pair with a 57.1mm centering lip your wheel's center bore must accept is listed for the US models named here except the 1994 Passat. For more than 20mm, the 4x100 bolt-on pair (64mm center bore, 12x1.5 studs, 1" to 2") is listed for the same US models, again except the 1994 Passat. How to choose a VW spacer: slip-on or bolt-on, thread, hub bore and thickness

Slip-on spacers slide over existing wheel studs like a thick washer, ideal for thin adjustments. Bolt-on spacers bolt directly to factory studs using separate hardware and feature their own integrated studs to mount the wheel, ideal for wider setups. Hub centric is an attribute of both types: the 57.1mm slip-ons are bored to the VW hub, so the hub, not the bolts, centers them.

• Thread: 14x1.5 on the 5x112, 5x100 and 5x130 VWs above; 12x1.5 on the 4x100 VWs. A bolt-on pair's studs must carry your vehicle's thread. On a hub with wheel studs, lug nuts in your vehicle's stud thread and the pair's required seat clamp the pair to the hub (your own nuts only if they meet both); on a hub with lug bolts, the hub-side bolts are bought separately in your car's thread and the pair's required seat, because bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts. The wheel then mounts on the pair's studs with lug nuts that match its stud thread and your wheels' seat.
• Hub bore: a hub centric spacer's bore must match your hub and a lug centric pair's center bore must clear it; each section above gives the hub for its models. If your VW is not named above, measure the hub, or measure your bolt pattern if you are unsure of it.
• Thickness available: slip-on 5mm to 20mm; bolt-on 1.25" (5x112 pair) and 1" to 2" (4x100 pair, for the VWs its listing names), each mounted on a VW with lug bolts using hub-side lug bolts in your car's thread and the pair's required seat, bought separately. Start with the thinnest that clears. The wheel must seat flush on any pair: on a lug-bolt hub the hub-side bolt heads must sit fully recessed below the pair's wheel-side face; on a studded hub, factory studs that stand proud of a thin bolt-on pair's face and stop the wheel seating flush need shortening; never shorten the studs on a slip-on.
