Common questions

Will F-150 or Silverado 1500 wheels fit my 2500HD with these? Silverado 1500, Sierra 1500 and 2005+ Tacoma wheels are 6x5.5: the 8x6.5 to 6x5.5 adapter runs them on your Chevy/GMC HD. F-150 wheels (2004+) are 6x135 and need a 6x135 adapter, which we stock for 1999+ Ford Super Duty 8x170 hubs, not for 8x6.5. Confirm your hub pattern before ordering: 8x6.5, or on 2011+ GM HD trucks 8x180 (3500 duallies run 8x210, not covered).

What thickness should I pick? These adapters ship 2" thick. The adapter pushes the wheel out by its thickness, so check wheel offset and fender clearance.

Anything special for heavy loads? Torque to spec, re-torque after the first 25–50 miles, and check each product's construction (hub-centric where marked in the title). For towing rigs, check that your 6-lug wheel's load rating matches the truck's loaded weight.
