You can check the progress of your order as it's being fulfilled.
Order confirmations are sent via SMS and/or email at checkout depending on the contact information you entered at checkout.
The order status page updates in real time as the status of the shipment changes. Possible statuses are:
Depending on whether you filled in an email or phone number for your contact information, check your order confirmation email/text for a link to track your order status.
If the order has shipped with an "On the Way" status, you should be able to see a link for tracking.
Cancellation and adjustments can typically only be made shortly after purchase due to the fact we ship the majority of our orders the same day we receive them. If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified and you should follow our returns process.
If the package has not left our warehouse, we'd be more than happy to accommodate changes and cancellations.
During the regular business week, we strive to ship your order the same day. The cutoff time for having your order shipped the same day you order is 2PM PST / 5PM EST Monday through Friday.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to Checkout, where you will be offered various shipping methods and their prices.
If the tracking confirmation is showing your package was delivered, check with the carrier to confirm. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

In the Delivery section at Checkout, there is a Country/Region dropdown menu. If your country is in the dropdown menu, we can ship to your part of the world. If not, we unfortunately cannot ship to your country at this time.

Credit card refunds usually take 7-10 business days from the day we receive your return item(s) at our warehouse.
Only orders that are shipping within California will be charged sales tax.
