Every Infiniti listed below uses 5x114.3 with a 12x1.25 thread and a 66.1mm hub, so the same spacers fit them: the Nissan and Infiniti 10mm and 15mm hub centric slip-on pairs (66.1mm bore) and the 5x4.5" hub centric Nissan and Infiniti bolt-on pair (66.1mm bore, 12x1.25 studs, 1" or 1.25", for factory wheels with a 66.1mm center bore). Each slip-on carries a 66.1mm wheel-side lip your wheel's center bore must accept, and the studs must keep full thread engagement at that thickness; if they fall short, fit longer studs (the 10mm pair's listing and one of the two 15mm listings offer extended studs as an option). If the factory studs stand proud of the bolt-on pair's face and stop the wheel seating flush, shorten them. These spacers fit:

The QX55 2025 and QX60 2024–2025 keep the 12x1.25 thread per outside sources (the 2024 QX55 thread is not yet confirmed), but their pattern and hub, like the 2023 Q50, are not yet confirmed year by year. The slip-on pairs sit behind your factory wheel on the factory studs. Each carries a 66.1mm wheel-side lip your wheel's center bore must accept, and the studs must keep full thread engagement at 10mm or 15mm (if they fall short, fit longer 12x1.25 studs; the 10mm pair's listing and one of the two 15mm listings offer extended studs as an option). QX56 2004–2010 (6x139.7, 12x1.25 thread); QX56 2011–2013 and QX80 2014–2023 (6x139.7, 14x1.5 thread) wheel spacers

The QX56 2004–2010 uses 6x139.7 with a 12x1.25 thread and a 77.8mm hub: fit the 6x5.5" Nissan bolt-on pair with 12x1.25 studs (108mm center bore, 1" to 2"). The QX56 2011–2013 moved to a 14x1.5 thread on the same pattern, and the QX80 2014–2023 that followed it on the same platform uses the same pattern and 14x1.5 thread with lug nuts. Outside sources list their hub as 77.8mm, some as 78.1mm, so measure your hub and your wheels' center bore before ordering: the 108mm-bore pair with 14x1.5 studs (1" or 1.5") centers on the studs and clears either hub. The 78mm-bore pair is smaller than a 78.1mm hub, so fit it only if your hub measures 77.8mm or less; if the hub and factory wheels on your QX56 2011–2013 measure 77.8mm, the 77.8mm hub centric Ram 1500 pair, whose listing names it, is also an option. The 78.1mm hub centric pair is not offered for these Infinitis: its listing names only GM trucks, and its 78.1mm lip does not fit a 77.8mm wheel center bore. The QX80 2024–2025 keeps the 14x1.5 thread and lug nuts per outside sources; its pattern and hub for those years, and everything for 2026, are not yet confirmed, and the 2025 model is a new generation, so measure before ordering. The G20 1991–1996 and 1999–2002 and M30 1990–1992 use 4x114.3 with a 12x1.25 thread and a 66.1mm hub. Fit the 4x4.5" hub centric Nissan bolt-on pair (66.1mm bore, 12x1.25 studs, 1"); if the factory studs stand proud of its face and stop the wheel seating flush, shorten them.

How to choose an Infiniti spacer: slip-on or bolt-on, thread, hub bore and thickness

Slip-on spacers slide over existing wheel studs like a thick washer, ideal for thin adjustments. Bolt-on spacers bolt directly to factory studs using separate hardware and feature their own integrated studs to mount the wheel, ideal for wider setups. Hub centric is an attribute of both types: the 66.1mm and 77.8mm hub centric bores here match the hubs they are offered for, so the hub, not the studs, centers the spacer.

• Thread: 12x1.25 on the 4x114.3 and 5x114.3 Infinitis named above and on the QX56 2004–2010; 14x1.5 on the QX56 2011–2013 and QX80 2014–2023, and outside sources give the same 14x1.5 lug nuts for 2024–2025. A bolt-on pair's studs must carry your vehicle's thread. On a hub with wheel studs, your own lug nuts clamp the pair to the hub; on a hub with lug bolts, the hub-side bolts are bought separately in your car's thread and seat, because bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts. The wheel then mounts on the pair's studs with the lug nuts named in that pair's listing, or with lug nuts that match its stud thread if the listing names none.
• Hub bore: 66.1mm on the 4x114.3 and 5x114.3 Infinitis named above, in the years named; 77.8mm on the QX56 2004–2013 and QX80 2014–2023 (for 2011–2023, some outside sources list 78.1mm, so measure yours). Do I need longer studs with the slip-on pairs? Check first. A 10mm or 15mm spacer takes that much thread engagement away from the stud; measure what is left and fit longer 12x1.25 studs if it is short. Each pair also carries a 66.1mm wheel-side lip your wheel's center bore must accept.

Do bolt-on Infiniti spacers include lug nuts? Each listing says what it includes. The pair fastens to the hub with your own lug nuts on a studded hub, or with hub-side lug bolts in your car's thread and seat, bought separately, on a lug-bolt hub, since bolt-on spacers never include lug bolts. The wheel mounts on the pair's studs with the lug nuts named in that listing, or with lug nuts matching its stud thread if none are named.
