Common questions

Which pattern is my vehicle, and which is the wheel? Hub first, wheel second, always. A 5x150 to 8x170 adapter mounts on a 5x150 hub and accepts wheels drilled 8x170. Every product here starts from a 5-lug hub, so confirm both patterns before ordering.

What does thickness change? Each pair is 1" or 2" thick as listed in the title, and the wheel sits outboard by that amount. Check fender and suspension clearance at the size you choose.

Are these adapters hub centric? Only products marked Hub Centric in the title. On this page that is the listing titled Hub Centric Wheel Adapter 5x4.5 To 8x6.5, not the standard 1" version. The remaining listings are standard lug-centric adapters.
