6 lug same pattern wheel adapters keep the bolt pattern unchanged. Compare 6x139.7 pairs for the Silverado 1500 1999–2023 (not the 1500HD) and Tacoma 4WD 1995–2023, or 6x114.3 for the US Frontier 2005–2026. Use the thread, hub bore and wheel conditions below to choose a pair.

6 lug same pattern adapters by bolt pattern & common questions
6x5.5" (6x139.7) same pattern adapters: Silverado 1500, Sierra 1500, Tahoe, Tacoma, 4Runner, Tundra, Ram 1500, Titan XD and Ranger
- 14x1.5 thread, 78.1mm hub: the 6x5.5" hub centric Chevy pair (78.1mm bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.5" or 2", for factory wheels with a 78mm center bore) follows its own list: the Silverado 1500 1999–2023 and GMC Sierra 1500 in 1999, 2010 and 2023 (not the 2001–2006 1500HD, which is 8-lug), Tahoe 1995–2023 4WD and 2001–2023 2WD (the 1995–2000 GMT400-body 2WD Tahoe is five-lug), Avalanche 2002–2013 (not the 2500), Colorado 2023–2026, Express 1500 2003–2014, Astro 2003–2005, full-size Blazer 4WD 1992–1994 and Escalade 1999–2000 and 2002–2025. It is not for a 78.3mm hub such as the C/K 1500 4WD 1988–1999 or the 2000 Suburban. On a Tahoe 4WD 1995–1999, a full-size Blazer 4WD 1992–1994 or an Escalade 1999–2000, measure the hub before ordering: outside sources give 78.3mm for the related GMT400 Yukon in 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1999, and this 78.1mm bore does not fit a 78.3mm hub.
- 14x1.5 thread, 78.1mm or 78.3mm hub: the 6x5.5" pair with a 108mm center bore and 14x1.5 studs (1" or 1.5"; check your hub diameter before ordering: the center bore must clear it) fits the same Chevy, GMC and Cadillac trucks and also the half-ton Suburban 2000–2023 and the C/K 1500 4WD 1988–1999, which the 78.1mm hub centric pair does not.
- 14x1.5 thread, 77.8mm hub: the Ram 1500 2019–2022 (not the Classic), Titan XD 2016–2022 and Armada 2017–2024 take the 6x5.5" pair with a 78mm center bore (14x1.5 studs, 0.75" to 3") or the 108mm-bore pair above; before ordering either, check your hub diameter: the center bore must clear it. All three, the trucks its listing names, can also take the 6x5.5" hub centric pair made for the Ram 1500 (77.8mm bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.5", for factory wheels with a 77.8mm center bore). The 78.1mm hub centric Chevy pair is not offered for these trucks: its 78.1mm lip does not fit a 77.8mm wheel center bore such as the Ram 1500's. On the Armada 2017–2024 one outside source lists the hub at 78mm, so measure the hub and your wheels' center bore before choosing.
- 12x1.5 thread, 106.1mm hub: the Tacoma 1995–2023 (not the 1995–2015 2WD non-PreRunner), 4Runner 1984–2024, FJ Cruiser 2007–2014, Tundra 2000–2006 and Sequoia 2001–2007 take the 6x5.5" pair with 12x1.5 studs (108mm center bore, 0.75" to 3"; the Tacoma and Sequoia offers for this pair are 4WD only, as its listing specifies); all of them, the trucks its listing names, can also take the 6x5.5" hub centric Toyota pair (106mm bore, 12x1.5 studs, 1" to 2", for factory wheels with a 106mm center bore; measure the hub and wheel center bore before ordering; confirm that the wheel bore clears the wheel-side pilot and both mounting faces seat flush).
- 14x1.5 thread, 95mm hub: the Tacoma 2024–2026, 4Runner 2025–2026, Sequoia 2023–2026 and Tundra 2022–2023 take the 108mm-bore pair with 14x1.5 studs above (check your hub diameter before ordering it); all of them, the trucks its listing names, can also take the 6x5.5" hub centric Tundra 2023 pair (95mm bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.25" or 1.5", for factory wheels with a 95mm center bore; measure the hub and wheel center bore before ordering; confirm that the wheel bore clears the wheel-side pilot and both mounting faces seat flush).
- 12x1.5 thread, 93.1mm hub: the Ranger 2019–2026 and the new Bronco 2021–2022 (not the Bronco Sport) take the 6x5.5" pair with 12x1.5 studs (108mm center bore, 0.75" to 3"), which clears the hub and centers on the studs, after checking that your studs are 12x1.5, since performance trims are not separately confirmed.
Two more 6x5.5" pairs are sold by their specifications, without a vehicle matched on this page: the 6x5.5" pair with 7/16" studs (108mm center bore) and the 6x5.5" hub centric pair with a 106mm bore and a 95mm wheel-side lip. Confirm your pattern, stud thread, hub and wheel center bore against each listing before ordering. For more years and models, see 6 lug wheel spacers.
6x135 same pattern adapters: F-150, Expedition and Navigator
- 14x2.0 thread: the 6x135 hub centric pair with 14x2.0 studs fits the new-body F-150 2004–2014 (standard payload; not the 2004 Heritage, an old-body truck, or the heavy-duty payload package of those years, which has 7 lugs), Expedition 2003–2014 and Navigator 2003–2014.
- 14x1.5 thread: the 6x135 hub centric pair with 14x1.5 studs fits the F-150 2015–2026, F-150 Lightning in 2022, 2024 and 2025, Expedition 2015–2026 and Navigator 2015–2026.
All of these trucks have an 87.1mm hub. Each 6x135 pair has an 87.18mm bore in 1", 1.5" and 2" and is for factory wheels with a nominal 87.1mm center bore; measure the hub and wheel center bore before ordering; confirm that the wheel bore clears the wheel-side pilot and both mounting faces seat flush. See Ford wheel spacers.
6x4.5" (6x114.3) same pattern adapters: Frontier, Pathfinder, Xterra, Dakota, Durango and Viper
- 12x1.25 thread, 66.1mm hub: the US Frontier 2005–2026, Pathfinder 2005–2012 and Xterra 2005–2015 take the 6x4.5" Nissan pair with 12x1.25 studs (66.1mm bore, 1" to 2") or the 6x4.5" hub centric Nissan pair (66.1mm bore, 12x1.25 studs, 1.5", for factory wheels with a 66.1mm center bore).
- 1/2"-20 thread, 71.5mm to 71.6mm hub: the Dakota 1991–2004, Durango 1999–2003 and Viper 1992–2017 take the 6x4.5" pair with 1/2" studs (73.1mm center bore, 1" to 2"), whose listing names all three, the Dakota through 2004.
6x5" (6x127) same pattern adapters: TrailBlazer, Envoy, SSR, Rainier and 9-7X
The TrailBlazer 2002–2009, GMC Envoy 2002–2009, Saab 9-7X 2005–2009 and Chevy SSR 2003–2006 use 6x127 with a 12x1.5 thread and a 77.8mm to 78.3mm hub: fit the 6x5" hub centric TrailBlazer and Envoy pair (78.3mm bore, 12x1.5 studs, 1.5"; for factory wheels with a nominal center bore matching the vehicle: 77.8mm on the TrailBlazer, 78.1mm to 78.3mm on the Envoy, 78.3mm on the SSR and 78.1mm on the 9-7X or Rainier; measure the hub and wheel center bore before ordering; confirm that the wheel bore clears the wheel-side pilot and both mounting faces seat flush) or the 6x5" pair (78.3mm center bore, 12x1.5 studs, 1" to 1.5"; check your hub diameter before ordering: the center bore must clear it). The Buick Rainier 2004–2007 uses the same pattern and thread; outside sources list its hub at 77.8mm to 78.3mm, most at 78.1mm, so it takes the same two pairs, but measure the hub before ordering.
6x120, 6x132 and 6x130 same pattern adapters
- 6x120, 14x1.5 thread, 66.9mm hub: the 6x120 pair (67.1mm center bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.25") says to use it only on the vehicles its listing names, which include the Colorado 2015–2022, GMC Canyon 2015–2022, Blazer 2019–2025 (not the Blazer EV), Cadillac SRX 2010–2016 and Saab 9-4X 2011.
- 6x132, 14x1.5 thread: the 6x132 pair (74.5mm bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.25") says to use it only on the vehicles its listing names, which include the Buick Enclave 2008–2017 and GMC Acadia 2007–2016, both with a confirmed 74.5mm hub. The listing also names the Saturn Outlook 2007–2010, but its hub diameter is not directly confirmed, so no product fit is offered for it here.
- 6x130, 14x1.5 thread, 84.1mm hub: the 6x130 Sprinter pair (84.1mm bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.5") fits the Dodge Sprinter 2500 2007–2009, Mercedes Sprinter 2500 2010–2022 and Sprinter 1500 2019–2022. The Dodge Sprinter 2500 2007–2009 uses 14x1.5 lug bolts. On a Mercedes Sprinter 2500 2010–2022 or Sprinter 1500 2019–2022, check what your van uses before buying hub-side hardware. Bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts: the pair mounts to the hub with hub-side lug bolts in the vehicle's required thread and the pair's required seat, bought separately. Those hub-side bolts must reach full thread engagement in the hub, with their heads fully recessed below the pair's wheel-side face so the wheel seats flush.
How to choose a 6 lug same pattern adapter
Bolt-on spacers bolt directly to factory studs using separate hardware and feature their own integrated studs to mount the wheel, ideal for wider setups. A same pattern adapter is built that way, with the same 6 lug pattern on both faces; a hub centric pair is also bored to the hub diameter, so the hub, not the studs, centers it.
- Thread: the pair's studs must carry your vehicle's thread. On a hub with wheel studs, lug nuts in your vehicle's stud thread and the pair's required seat clamp the pair to the hub (your own nuts only if they meet both); on a hub with lug bolts, the hub-side bolts are bought separately in your vehicle's thread and the pair's required seat, because bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts. The wheel then mounts on the pair's studs with lug nuts that match both the pair's stud thread and your wheels' seat (check whether the listing includes nuts).
- Hub bore: a hub centric pair's bore matches the hub; a lug centric pair's center bore only has to clear it. A bore smaller than your hub will not seat. If your vehicle is not named above, measure the hub, or measure your bolt pattern if you are unsure of it.
- Thickness: 0.75" to 3" depending on the pair. Start with the thinnest that clears; on a thin pair whose listing says so, factory studs that stand proud of its face and stop the wheel seating flush need shortening, most often at 1".
- Torque: torque to your vehicle maker's specification and check the nuts or bolts again after the first 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
Is a same pattern wheel adapter the same as a wheel spacer? Yes. These bolt-on wheel spacers keep the same bolt pattern on both faces and move each wheel outward by the adapter's thickness. They do not convert the pattern. To run wheels with a different bolt pattern, see wheel adapters.
Which 6 lug adapters fit a Silverado 1500 or Tahoe? Silverado 1500 1999–2023 (not the 1500HD) and Tahoe 1995–2023 4WD and 2001–2023 2WD: the 78.1mm hub centric Chevy pair (for factory wheels with a 78mm center bore; on a 1995–1999 Tahoe 4WD, measure the hub first) or the 108mm-bore pair with 14x1.5 studs (check your hub diameter before ordering: the center bore must clear it).
Which 6 lug adapters fit a Toyota Tacoma? Tacoma 1995–2023 (not the 1995–2015 2WD non-PreRunner): the 108mm 12x1.5 pair on 4WD models, or the 106mm hub centric pair (for factory wheels with a 106mm center bore; measure the hub and wheel center bore before ordering; confirm that the wheel bore clears the wheel-side pilot and both mounting faces seat flush). Tacoma 2024–2026: the 108mm 14x1.5 pair (check your hub diameter before ordering it) or the Tundra 2023 hub centric pair (for factory wheels with a 95mm center bore; measure the hub and wheel center bore before ordering; confirm that the wheel bore clears the wheel-side pilot and both mounting faces seat flush).
Which adapters fit an F-150? New-body F-150 2004–2014 standard payload (not the 2004 Heritage, an old-body truck): the 6x135 hub centric pair with 14x2.0 studs. F-150 2015–2026: the 6x135 hub centric pair with 14x1.5 studs. Both are for factory wheels with a nominal 87.1mm center bore; measure the hub and wheel center bore before ordering; confirm that the wheel bore clears the wheel-side pilot and both mounting faces seat flush.
