Cadillac spacer fitment guide & common questions
CTS 2008–2019, CT5 2020–2026, CT6 2016–2020, ATS-V 2016–2019, XT4 2019–2025 and XTS 2013–2019 wheel spacers: 5x120, 14x1.5 thread, 66.9mm hub
The CTS 2008–2019, CTS-V 2009–2019, ATS-V 2016–2019, CT4-V Blackwing 2022–2025, CT5 2020–2026, CT6 2016–2020, XT4 2019–2025 and XTS 2013–2019 use 5x120 with a 14x1.5 thread and a 66.9mm hub. Two lug centric bolt-on pairs carry the right 14x1.5 studs: one bored 67.1mm (1"), one bored 72.56mm (1.25" or 1.5"); either clears the 66.9mm hub. Whichever pair you choose, the wheel must seat flush on its face; the 67.1mm-bore pair's listing says to shorten any factory stud that stands proud of that pair's face and stops the wheel seating flush.
Escalade 1999–2000 and 2002–2025, ESV 2007–2023 and EXT 2002–2013 wheel spacers: 6x139.7 (6x5.5"), 14x1.5 thread, 78.1mm hub
The Escalade 1999–2000 and 2002–2025, Escalade ESV 2007–2023 and Escalade EXT 2002–2013 use 6x139.7 with a 14x1.5 thread and a 78.1mm hub. Two pairs fit them: the 6x5.5" hub centric pair with a 78.1mm bore (14x1.5 studs, 1.5" or 2", for factory wheels with a 78mm center bore) and the 6x5.5" bolt-on pair with a 108mm center bore (14x1.5 studs, 1" or 1.5"); if the factory studs stand proud of either pair's face and stop the wheel seating flush, shorten them. Before ordering the 108mm-bore pair, check your hub diameter: the center bore must clear it. The 2026 Escalade and the 2003–2006 and 2024–2026 ESV are not yet confirmed by an outside source.
SRX 2010–2016 wheel spacers: 6x120, 14x1.5 thread, 66.9mm hub (the XT5 2017–2026 shares the specs but is not on the pair's listing)
The SRX 2010–2016 and XT5 2017–2026 use 6x120 with a 14x1.5 thread and a 66.9mm hub. The 6x120 bolt-on pair (67.1mm center bore, 14x1.5 studs, 1.25") lists the SRX 2010–2016 and says to use it only on the vehicles it lists; the XT5 matches its pattern, thread and hub but is not named on that listing. If the factory studs stand proud of the pair's face and stop the wheel seating flush, shorten them.
Eldorado 1979–1985, Seville 1976 and 1980–1985 and XLR 2004–2009 (5x120.65, 5x4.75"); Seville 1977–1979 wheel spacers and other classic Cadillac listing limits (5x127, 5x5")
5x4.75" with 12x1.5 studs and a 70.3mm hub: the Eldorado 1979–1985, Seville 1980–1985 (check the stud thread on a 1980 car before ordering) and XLR 2004–2009 fit the 5x4.75" bolt-on pair with 12x1.5 studs (74.1mm center bore, 0.75" to 3"); the XLR also takes the 5x4.75" hub centric Corvette pair (70.3mm bore, 1" to 2", for factory wheels with a 70.3mm center bore), listed for original wheels and, for vehicles not on its list, a factory hub shaped like its diagram and no taller than 20mm. The 1976 Seville is 5x4.75" with 7/16"-20 studs and takes the 5x4.75" pair with 7/16" studs (73.1mm center bore, 1" to 2"). 5x5" with a 1/2"-20 thread: the Seville 1977–1979 (78.1mm hub) fits the 5x5" bolt-on pair with 1/2" studs (78.3mm center bore, 0.75" to 2"). The Eldorado 1960–1978, DeVille 1971–1984, Fleetwood 1977–1984 and Fleetwood Brougham 1977–1986 share the 5x5" pattern and the 1/2"-20 thread, but their hubs are not confirmed by an outside source. The 1/2" pair's Cadillac list names Fleetwood 1986–1996 and Seville 1977–1979; matching or measuring dimensions does not extend that list. The DeVille 1960–1970, Fleetwood 1965–1976, Calais 1965–1976 and Series 62 1960–1964 have a confirmed 1/2"-20 thread, but no model-specific source confirms their bolt pattern. No pair is offered here for the Eldorado 1960–1978, DeVille 1960–1984, Fleetwood 1965–1984, Fleetwood Brougham 1977–1985, Calais 1965–1976 or Series 62 1960–1964. The Fleetwood Brougham 1986 is within the listed Fleetwood 1986–1996 range; measure its hub before ordering the 1/2" pair to confirm the 78.3mm bore clears it. If the factory studs stand proud of a bolt-on pair's face and stop the wheel seating flush, shorten them.
Catera 1997–2001 (5x110) and Cimarron 1982–1988 (5x100) wheel spacers
The Catera 1997–2001 is 5x110 with 12x1.5 lug bolts and a 65.1mm hub: fit the 5x110 hub centric slip-on pair (65.1mm bore, 5mm), which needs 12x1.5 lug bolts with your wheel's seat, 5mm longer than stock, to keep full thread engagement, or the 5x110 bolt-on pair (65.1mm bore, 12x1.5 studs, 1" or 1.25"). Before ordering the 5mm 5x110 slip-on pair, check your hub diameter. Bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts: on the Catera the pair mounts to the hub with hub-side lug bolts in 12x1.5 and the correct seat for the pair, bought separately, and the wheel then mounts on the pair's studs with the lug nuts named in its listing, or lug nuts matching its stud thread and your wheel's seat if none are named. Those hub-side bolts must reach full thread engagement in the hub, with their heads fully recessed below the pair's wheel-side face so the wheel seats flush. The Cimarron 1982–1988 is 5x100 with a 12x1.5 thread and a 57.1mm hub: fit the dual-drilled 57.1mm 5x100/5x112 slip-on pairs (5mm or 15mm), checking that the studs keep full thread engagement at the thickness you choose (fitting longer studs if they fall short; on the 15mm pair, plan on them), or the 5x100 bolt-on pair (57.1mm bore, 1" to 2"); on the bolt-on pair, if the factory studs stand proud of its face and stop the wheel seating flush, shorten them. Conversions: 5x110 hub wheel adapters.
How to choose a Cadillac spacer: thread, hub bore and thickness
Bolt-on spacers bolt directly to factory studs using separate hardware and feature their own integrated studs to mount the wheel, ideal for wider setups. Slip-on spacers slide over existing wheel studs like a thick washer, ideal for thin adjustments. A hub centric pair of either type is bored to the hub diameter so the hub carries the centering.
- Thread: 14x1.5 on every 5x120, 6x139.7 and 6x120 Cadillac; 12x1.5 on the Eldorado 1979–1985, Seville 1980–1985 (check the stud thread on a 1980 car), XLR 2004–2009, Catera 1997–2001 and Cimarron 1982–1988; 1/2"-20 on the 5x5" classics named above; 7/16"-20 on the 1976 Seville. A bolt-on pair's studs must carry your vehicle's thread. On a hub with wheel studs, your own lug nuts clamp the pair to the hub; on a hub with lug bolts, the hub-side bolts are bought separately in your car's thread and seat, because bolt-on spacers do not include lug bolts. The wheel then mounts on the pair's studs with the lug nuts named in that pair's listing, or with lug nuts that match its stud thread if the listing names none.
- Hub bore: 66.9mm on the 5x120 and 6x120 cars, 78.1mm on the Escalade 1999–2000 and 2002–2025, 70.3mm on the 5x4.75" cars, 65.1mm on the Catera, 57.1mm on the Cimarron. A hub centric pair's bore equals the hub; a lug centric pair only needs its center bore to clear it. If your Cadillac is not named above, measure the hub, or measure your bolt pattern if you are unsure of it.
- Slip-on thickness: a slip-on takes its own thickness out of the available thread engagement. Use wheel studs or lug bolts with the required thread and seat and enough length for the engagement required by the vehicle, wheel and fastener manufacturers at the chosen spacer thickness. Confirm that the spacer and wheel seat flush, closed-end lug nuts do not bottom out, and fasteners do not contact brake or other components.
- Bolt-on thickness: 0.75" to 3" depending on the pair. Go with the thinnest pair that gives clearance. The wheel must seat flush on any pair: on a studded hub, the listings for every bolt-on pair here except the 5x110 pair and the 72.56mm-bore 5x120 pair say to shorten factory studs that stand proud of a pair's face; on the Catera, the hub-side bolt heads must sit fully recessed below the pair's wheel-side face.
- Torque: torque to Cadillac's specification for your model and check the nuts (the wheel bolts on the Catera), and on the Catera with a bolt-on pair the hub-side bolts too, again after the first 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
Which spacers fit an Escalade? Escalade 1999–2000 and 2002–2025, ESV 2007–2023 and EXT 2002–2013: the 6x5.5" pairs with 14x1.5 studs, 78.1mm hub centric first (for factory wheels with a 78mm center bore). Before ordering the 108mm-bore pair, check your hub diameter: the center bore must clear it. If the factory studs stand proud of a bolt-on pair's face and stop the wheel seating flush, shorten them.
Which spacers fit a CTS or CT5? CTS 2008–2019, CTS-V 2009–2019 and CT5 2020–2026: the 5x120 pairs with 14x1.5 studs, 67.1mm or 72.56mm center bore. The wheel must seat flush on either pair; the 67.1mm-bore pair's listing says to shorten any factory stud that stands proud of its face and stops the wheel seating flush.
Which spacers fit an SRX? SRX 2010–2016: the 6x120 pair with 14x1.5 studs. The XT5 2017–2026 has the same pattern, thread and hub, but that pair's listing does not name it, so it is not matched here. If the factory studs stand proud of the pair's face and stop the wheel seating flush, shorten them.
Do bolt-on Cadillac spacers include lug nuts? Each listing says what it includes. The pair fastens to the hub with your own lug nuts on a studded hub, or with hub-side lug bolts in your car's thread and seat, bought separately, on a lug-bolt hub, since bolt-on spacers never include lug bolts. The wheel mounts on the pair's studs with the lug nuts named in that listing, or with lug nuts matching its stud thread if none are named.
