How much bolt pattern difference can a wobble bolt cover?

Can I use these in wheels made for ball seat bolts?
No. Seat types are not interchangeable. These clamp through a conical washer, so the wheel must be machined for a conical seat. A ball seat wheel needs ball seat hardware.
