7/16" LH (left hand) Cragar style standard mg lug nuts including Cragar style washers that fit Cragar SS wheels, etc. These lug nuts fit other custom replacement cast or forged aluminum wheels that are between 11/16" and 7/8" thick at the stud hole. The shank length is 0.75" (19mm) and the total length is 1.57" (40mm). Please refer the following drawing for exact specification and size. Remember the direction: left hand nuts tighten counterclockwise and loosen clockwise. Seat the washer flat, start each nut by hand, then torque in a star pattern to the spec in our torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
How do I know if I need left hand thread?
Check how your current nuts come off. If they loosen by turning clockwise, your studs are left hand thread and standard right hand nuts will not work. Only use LH nuts on LH studs.
Do these fit the same wheels as the standard 7/16" Cragar style mag nuts?
Yes, the seat is identical: a 0.75" shank with a Cragar style washer for aluminum wheels 11/16" to 7/8" thick at the stud hole. Only the thread direction is different, so buy LH for the studs that need it and standard for the rest.
