Left-hand nuts tighten counterclockwise, so run each one down by hand first to be sure the threads start clean. Torque in a star pattern to your vehicle's spec using our torque reference chart, then re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
How do I know I need left-hand threads?
LH studs are usually stamped with an "L" on the end, and their nuts loosen clockwise, the opposite of standard hardware. If your current nuts come off counterclockwise like most vehicles, order the standard 9/16"-18 right-hand version instead.
Can I use these on a wheel made for a different seat style?
No. Conical, mag, and ball seats each clamp differently and are not interchangeable. Match this duplex acorn profile to what your wheel requires, and check the drawing for exact dimensions.
