Start every nut by hand to protect the threads, then tighten in a star pattern to the value in our torque reference chart. Re-torque after 50 to 100 miles, especially after a wheel has been off and on.
Common questions
Are these interchangeable with conical seat lug nuts?
No. These use a flat mag seat with a built-in washer, while conical nuts seat on a taper. Each wheel is drilled for one seat type, and using the wrong one keeps the wheel from centering and holding torque.
Do these work on aftermarket wheels?
They are made for factory Toyota and Lexus wheels that take mag style nuts. Most aftermarket wheels use conical seats instead, so confirm what your wheel requires before ordering.
