Mag Lug Nuts
Mag style lug nuts use a flat washer and a straight shank instead of a tapered seat, made for wheels drilled with flat, mag-style lug holes, including classic Cragar Style designs. Stocked in 12x1.25, 12x1.5, 14x1.5, 14x2, 1/2", 5/8", 7/16", 9/16". A left hand thread version is available in 1/2".

Choosing mag lug nuts
The critical spec on a mag nut is shank length: it must engage the wheel's lug hole without bottoming out against the drum or rotor. We stock standard, short, medium and extended shanks, plus dualie versions with washers for dual rear wheels.
Common questions
How do I know if my wheels need mag seat nuts? Look at the lug hole: a flat counterbore with a straight bore takes a mag nut with washer; a tapered cone-shaped hole takes an acorn style nut instead.
What shank length do I need? Match the shank to your wheel's lug hole depth. The shank should fill the bore without protruding past the wheel mounting face.
Do mag nuts need new washers over time? Reuse washers only if they are flat and uncorroded. A dished or rusted washer changes clamp load, so replace the set when they show wear.
