Every Buick Grand National left the factory on a 5x4.75" (5x120.65mm) bolt pattern, and these adapters bolt to that hub so you can run a wheel drilled for a different pattern. Pick the adapter that matches the wheels you want, torque to spec, and go. Each listing ships as a pair (enough for one axle) and includes the hardware to mount both the adapter to the hub and the wheel to the adapter.

The Grand National badge was only built on the 1982-1987 rear-drive Regal G-body, and every one of those years shares the 5x4.75" pattern, so if you have a genuine Grand National, these adapters are the right hub side. Do not use these on later GM cars that reused the Regal name on a different (front-drive) platform; those are a different pattern and these will not bolt up. Years are a guide only, confirm your exact year and trim before ordering, and the 5x4.75" pattern is your safety check.

Convert your 5x4.75" hub to:
