Does a 2014 CTS use 5x115 or 5x120? 2014 was a changeover year between the second and third generation, but both generations use 5x120, so a 2014 CTS in any body style takes a 5x120 adapter. Verify before ordering.

Can I run newer 5x120 CTS wheels on my 2003-2007 CTS? Yes, on the base CTS. A 5x115 to 5x120 adapter bolts to the 2003-2007 CTS hub and lets you mount 2008-2019 CTS wheels or any other 5x120 wheel. This does not apply to the 2004-2007 CTS-V, which has a six-lug 6x115 hub these adapters do not fit.

Is 5x115 the same as 5x114.3? No. The two patterns are close enough to be confused but they are not interchangeable, and mixing them can leave lug nuts improperly seated. Check your model year against the list above and verify before ordering.
