Quick answer: every Chevrolet Silverado 1500 from 1999 to the current generation uses the 6x5.5 (6x139.7) bolt pattern, heavy duty 2500 and 3500 trucks use 8x6.5 (8x165.1) through 2010, and 2011 and newer HD trucks use 8x180 for single rear wheel models or 8x210 for duallys, while 1988-1998 two wheel drive C1500 trucks (the Silverado trim era) use 5x5. The adapters in this collection bolt to those Silverado hubs so you can run wheels in a different bolt pattern or add spacing for your factory wheels. Fitment depends on your exact year and drivetrain, so verify your truck's pattern before ordering.

  • 1988-1998 C/K 1500, 2WD (C1500): 5x5 (5x127). These adapters fit.
  • 1988-1998 C/K 1500, 4WD (K1500): 6x5.5 (6x139.7). These adapters fit.
  • 1999-2026 Silverado 1500, all generations: 6x5.5 (6x139.7). These adapters fit.
  • 1999-2004 Silverado 2500 and 2001-2010 2500HD/3500: 8x6.5 (8x165.1). These adapters fit.
  • 2011 to present 2500HD/3500HD, single rear wheel: 8x180. These adapters fit.
  • 2011 to present 3500HD dually: 8x210. These adapters fit.

What bolt pattern is a Silverado 1500? Every Silverado 1500 from 1999 through the current trucks uses 6x5.5 (6x139.7), and the pattern has never changed across generations. Still, confirm on your own truck before ordering.

Will my older 8 lug wheels fit a 2011 or newer HD? Not directly. GM moved single rear wheel HD trucks from 8x6.5 to 8x180 in 2011, so pre-2011 8x6.5 wheels need an 8x180 to 8x6.5 adapter to bolt onto the newer hubs.

Do these work on dually trucks? Yes. 2011 and newer 3500HD duallys use the 8x210 pattern, and this collection includes 8x210 spacers made for the Chevy dually hub. Pre-2011 duallys use 8x6.5, which is also covered here.
