Quick answer: 1999 and newer Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks with single rear wheels use the 8x170 bolt pattern, older 8 lug F-250s through 1997 use 8x6.5 (the same as 8x165.1 in metric), and the 1997-1999 F-250 Light Duty uses the unusual 7 lug 7x150 pattern. This collection includes adapters that bolt onto all three F-250 hub patterns, so nearly every model year is covered. Bolt patterns are safety critical, so verify your truck's pattern before ordering.

  • 1999-2026 F-250 Super Duty (single rear wheel): 8x170 - these adapters fit
  • 1997-1999 F-250 Light Duty (7 lug): 7x150 - these adapters fit
  • 1967-1997 F-250 (8 lug): 8x6.5, also written 8x165.1 - these adapters fit

Available conversions in this collection: from the 8x170 Super Duty hub you can adapt to 6x135, 6x5.5, 8x180, 8x6.5, 8x200 for Ford dually wheels, or run 8x170 to 8x170 as a spacer. From 8x6.5 hubs you can adapt to 6x5.5, 8x170, 8x180, 8x200, 8x210, or 8x6.5 to 8x6.5. From the 7x150 Light Duty hub you can adapt to 6x135, 6x5.5, 8x170, 8x6.5, or 7x150 to 7x150.

Will F-350 wheels fit my F-250 Super Duty? Single rear wheel F-350 Super Duty trucks from 1999 on share the same 8x170 pattern, so those wheels usually bolt on without an adapter. For Ford dually wheels with the 8x200 pattern, use an 8x170 to 8x200 adapter and verify before ordering.

Can I run Chevy, GMC, or Ram 8 lug wheels on my Super Duty? Yes. Older GM and Dodge 8 lug wheels are 8x6.5, and newer GM 8 lug wheels are 8x180, so an 8x170 to 8x6.5 or 8x170 to 8x180 adapter makes them fit. Confirm the wheel's pattern and center bore first.

Why does my late 90s F-250 have 7 lugs? The 1997-1999 F-250 Light Duty used a unique 7x150 pattern that no other wheels share. A 7x150 adapter lets you run common 6 lug or 8 lug wheels instead; verify your exact pattern before ordering.
