Our Honda Pilot wheel adapters (spacers) bolt directly to your SUV's factory hub and give you a fresh bolt pattern and extra track width on the outer face. That means you can run wheels your Pilot wasn't originally drilled for, push the tires out for a wider, more planted stance, and clear larger tires or brake setups. The Pilot changed bolt patterns between generations, so confirm your exact year and trim before ordering.

Honda Pilot bolt pattern by year

  • 2003–2008 (1st gen): 5x4.5" (114.3mm), fits these adapters
  • 2009–present (2nd, 3rd & 4th gen): 5x120mm, fits these adapters

The only fitment check that matters is the pattern itself, so measure your hub or count the lugs and confirm the spacing before you buy. The Pilot spans two different 5-lug patterns depending on the year, a first-gen (2003–2008) hub is 5x114.3, while everything from 2009 up is 5x120, and mixing them up is the classic mistake.

What bolt pattern does the Honda Pilot use?
It depends on the year. First-generation Pilots (2003–2008) use a 5x4.5" (114.3mm) pattern, while every Pilot from 2009 to the present (2nd, 3rd, and 4th generation) uses 5x120mm. Match your adapter to your year's pattern.

Did the Honda Pilot bolt pattern change across model years?
Yes. Honda switched the Pilot from 5x114.3 to 5x120 when the second generation arrived for the 2009 model year, and it has stayed 5x120 ever since. Because 2008 was the last first-gen year, the 2008/2009 changeover is where buyers most often pick the wrong pattern, always verify against your own hub.
