Because the 4Runner has worn more than one pattern over its lifetime, confirm your exact year and trim, and ideally measure your hub, before ordering.

• 1984–1988 (1st Gen, verify before ordering): early first-gen 4WD trucks are widely reported as 6x114.3mm (6x4.5"), a different hub pattern that will NOT bolt to these 6x139.7mm adapters, only order if you personally measure and confirm 6x139.7mm
• 1989–1995 (2nd Gen): 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm), fits these adapters
• 1996–2002 (3rd Gen): 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm), fits these adapters
• 2003–2009 (4th Gen): 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm), fits these adapters
• 2010–2024 (5th Gen): 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm), fits these adapters
• 2025+ (6th Gen): 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm), fits these adapters (note: 6th-gen trucks switched to M14x1.5 lug studs and a smaller 95.1mm hub bore, so confirm lug and bore specs on your setup)

From the second generation (1989) onward, every 4Runner has run the same 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm) pattern, that part is well documented. The trap is the earliest first-gen trucks: those pre-1989 models are commonly 6x114.3mm, which will not fit, so the real fitment check is always the pattern itself. Count your lugs and measure the pattern before you buy.

What bolt pattern does the Toyota 4Runner use?
From the 1989 second generation through the current 2025+ sixth generation, the 4Runner uses a 6-lug 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm) bolt pattern, and our adapters bolt to that hub. The exception is the earliest first-gen (roughly 1984–1988) 4WD trucks, which are commonly reported as 6x114.3mm, a different pattern, so verify by measuring if you have a pre-1989 truck.
