The real fitment check is the pattern itself, not the badge on the car, count your lugs and measure your hub before you buy. The Celica spans more than one pattern, and within the 1986–1993 range the same generation shipped in both 4x100 and 5x100 depending on trim, so verify yours directly rather than trusting the year alone.

What bolt pattern does the Toyota Celica use?
It depends on the year. The 1971–1985 cars use 4x4.5" (114.3mm), 1986–1993 cars use 4x100mm on the base ST and 5x100mm on higher trims like the GT, GT-S, and AllTrac, and 1993–2006 cars use 5x100mm. Count your lugs and measure the hub to confirm which one you have.

Did the Celica's bolt pattern really change across the years?
Yes, and that's the trap. It went from 4x114.3 on the early cars to 4x100 (and 5x100 on some trims) in the late '80s and early '90s, then settled on 5x100 through 2006. Never assume based on model name alone; match the adapter to your actual measured pattern.
