Remove one standard lug nut per wheel and thread a lock on in its place, seating the included key between the lock and your socket or lug wrench. Torque each lock to the same spec as the rest of your lug nuts, covered in our torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles. Keep the key somewhere you can reach on the road, like the glovebox.
Common questions
Do these replace all of my lug nuts?
No. One lock per wheel is the standard approach, so this set of 4 locks and 1 key covers a full four-wheel vehicle. The rest of your lug nuts stay right where they are.
How do I know 9/16"-18 is my thread?
It has to match your existing studs. Check your owner's manual or the spec of the lug nuts currently on the vehicle, and reach out with your year, make, and model if you are unsure.
