This type of adapter is used for 6 lug 5.5" (139.7mm) bolt pattern cars/trucks to fit 6 lug 5" (127mm) bolt pattern wheels. Check your hub diameter before purchase. CNC machined billet aluminum and thickness. Adapter bore 108mm.

Make sure the hub face is clean and the adapter seats dead flat, then torque the adapter nuts in a star pattern to the value in our torque reference chart. Torque the wheel's lug nuts the same way once mounted. Re-torque both sets after 50 to 100 miles.
