Start every nut by hand with its ET washer in position, then bring them up to your vehicle's spec in a crossing pattern using our torque reference chart. Check torque again after 50 to 100 miles, since new hardware settles slightly as the washers bed into the wheel.
Common questions
Do these come with the washers?
Yes. Each lug nut includes an ET conical washer, which is what lets the nut seat correctly in the lug hole of an old style E-T wheel. Keep the washers paired with the nuts during installation.
Will a regular tapered lug nut work on my E-T wheels?
No. Conical, mag, and ball seat nuts are not interchangeable, and E-T wheels specifically need this ET style with its washer. A mismatched seat cannot make flush contact with the wheel, so it will not hold its torque.
