Thread each nut on by hand first; if one feels tight right away, back it off and restart rather than forcing it. Torque in a star pattern to your vehicle's spec, using our torque reference chart as a guide. After 50 to 100 miles, re-check torque to make sure everything has stayed put.
Common questions
Do these work with any wheel?
Only wheels machined for a conical seat. Bulge acorn nuts clamp on a taper, and conical, mag, and ball seat styles are not interchangeable, so verify your wheel's seat before ordering.
How many do I need?
They are sold per piece. Order one nut for each wheel stud: count the studs on one hub, then multiply by the number of wheels you are re-fitting.
