Do I have to match the seat type?
Yes. Conical (acorn) seats like these only work in wheels with tapered lug pockets. Mag seat and flat washer nuts clamp differently and are not interchangeable, even when the thread size is the same.

Can I replace just one damaged or missing lug nut?
Yes. These are sold per piece, so you can replace a single swollen or stripped nut or do the full set. Just verify your vehicle uses a 14x1.5 thread and an acorn seat before ordering.
