Can I run these as everyday lug nuts without spinners?
They are built for spinner installs, and the long 2 3/4" body reflects that. If you simply need replacement lug nuts, a standard-length nut in the correct seat style for your wheels is the better choice.

What happens if I order the wrong pitch?
The nut will start for a turn or two and then bind. Stop rather than forcing it, since forcing the wrong pitch damages the stud threads. A correct 12x1.5 nut spins on smoothly by hand.
