This type of adapter is used for 5 lug 135mm bolt pattern cars to fit 5 lug 4.5" (114.3mm) bolt pattern wheels. CNC machined billet aluminum. New wheel studs are included. These adapters can be used on the following cars, among others:

These adapters bolt onto your 5x135mm hubs so you can run 5x4.5" (114.3mm) wheels. Mount each one flat against a clean hub, then torque the hardware to your vehicle's factory specification using the torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles. If your factory studs protrude past the adapter face, shorten them so the wheel seats flush.
