This type of adapter is used for 5 lug 135mm bolt pattern cars to fit 5 lug 4.75" (120.7mm) bolt pattern wheels. CNC machined billet aluminum. New wheel studs are included. These adapters can be used on the following cars, among others:

Seat it flat on a clean, rust-free hub and torque to your vehicle's factory specification, following the torque reference chart. Re-torque after 50 to 100 miles, and if factory studs stick out past the adapter face, trim them so the wheel sits flush.
