To find your adapter, start with the "from" side of each product name, that is the pattern that bolts to your Xterra's hubs. If you have a 2000-2004 (WD22) with the 6x5.5 (6x139.7) pattern, look at the 6 Lug 5.5" adapters: convert to 6x4.5 (6x114.3), 5x5.5 (5x139.7), 5x4.75 (5x120.65), 6x120mm, 6x135, 8x6.5 (8x165.1), or run a hub-centric spacer such as 6x5.5 to 8x170. If you have a 2005-2015 (N50) with the 6x4.5 (6x114.3) pattern, use the 6 Lug 4.5" adapters: convert to 6x5.5 (6x139.7) or 5x4.5 (5x114.3).
