The catch: the two Xterra generations use different bolt patterns and are not interchangeable, so the first step is always to match the adapter to your truck's year. Every adapter here is sold in pairs. Quick answer: 2000 to 2004 Xterras use 6x139.7 (6x5.5") and 2005 to 2015 use 6x114.3 (6x4.5"); both are covered, so match your generation.

  • 2005-2015 Xterra (N50), 6x4.5 (6x114.3). This collection HAS adapters for this pattern (the "6 Lug 4.5" To ..." products).

To find your adapter, start with the "from" side of each product name, that is the pattern that bolts to your Xterra's hubs. If you have a 2000-2004 (WD22) with the 6x5.5 (6x139.7) pattern, look at the 6 Lug 5.5" adapters: convert to 6x4.5 (6x114.3), 5x5.5 (5x139.7), 5x4.75 (5x120.65), 6x120mm, 6x135, 8x6.5 (8x165.1), or run a hub-centric spacer such as 6x5.5 to 8x170. If you have a 2005-2015 (N50) with the 6x4.5 (6x114.3) pattern, use the 6 Lug 4.5" adapters: convert to 6x5.5 (6x139.7) or 5x4.5 (5x114.3). Whichever you choose, adapters are sold as a pair (two pieces), enough for one axle, order two pairs to do all four corners.
