Seat each adapter flat against a clean hub and confirm full stud and thread engagement before mounting the wheel. If factory studs extend past the adapter face, shorten them so the wheel sits flush. Torque to your vehicle's factory specification with the torque reference chart, then re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
