**If the hub studs protrude outside the adapter and prevent the wheels to sit flush on the adapter plates, it is required to shorten the factory studs. It happens most often on 1" thick adapters.

Mount each adapter to a clean, flat hub with full thread engagement, then tighten to your vehicle's factory specification using the torque reference chart. Factory studs that stick past the adapter face need shortening so the wheel can seat flush. Give the hardware a re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
Are wheel adapters safe?
Yes, as long as they sit flat on a clean hub, have full stud and thread engagement, are torqued to your factory spec, and are re-torqued after the first 50 to 100 miles.
Is 4x4 the same as 4x101.6?
Yes, 4x4" and 4x101.6mm are the same bolt pattern, so wheels marked either way will fit this adapter's wheel-side face.
