**If the hub studs protrude outside the adapter and prevent the wheels to sit flush on the adapter plates, it is required to shorten the factory studs. It happens most often on 1" thick adapters.

Rest each adapter flat against a clean hub and confirm full thread engagement on every stud. Should any factory studs protrude past the adapter face, trim them so the wheel seats flush. Torque to your vehicle's factory specification using the torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
