**If the hub studs protrude outside the adapter and prevent the wheels to sit flush on the adapter plates, it is required to shorten the factory studs. It happens most often on 1" thick adapters.

Seat each adapter flat against a clean hub face before torquing anything down. If the factory studs protrude past the adapter face, shorten them so the wheel sits flush, which happens most often with 1 inch thick adapters. Torque adapter and wheel hardware to the values in our torque reference chart and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
