**If the hub studs protrude outside the adapter and prevent the wheels to sit flush on the adapter plates, it is required to shorten the factory studs. It happens most often on 1" thick adapters.

Because the bolt pattern stays 4x156mm, this set works like a spacer, moving each wheel outward by the thickness of the plate. Seat each adapter flat on a clean hub, torque all hardware to spec using the torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles. If the factory studs protrude past the adapter face, shorten them so the wheel sits flush.
