Torque the adapters to the hub first, then hang the wheel and torque the included lug nuts to spec. Values are in our torque reference chart, and re-torque everything after the first 50 to 100 miles.

Why run an adapter with the same pattern on both sides?
It does the job of a spacer. Each wheel sits outboard by the adapter's thickness for a wider stance, and you get fresh studs and lug nuts instead of reusing worn hardware.

Are wheel adapters safe?
Yes, installed correctly. Seat the adapter flat on the hub, torque every fastener to spec with full thread engagement, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
