This type of adapter is used for 5 lug 4.75" (120.7mm) bolt pattern truck to fit 6 lug 5.5 inch (139.7mm) bolt pattern wheels. CNC machined billet aluminum and 2" in thickness. Hub-side lug nuts are bought separately: use nuts that match your hub studs' thread (7/16"-20 on, for example, the Pontiac GTO 1964-1974, LeMans 1964-1981, Grand Prix 1969-1981 and Trans Am 1969-1981) and the adapter's seat, and confirm your hub studs pass through the adapter's hub-side holes before ordering.

These adapters bolt to your 5x4.75 hub so you can run 6x5.5 (6x139.7) wheels, factory or aftermarket. Torque the adapter hardware to spec using our torque reference chart, mount the wheel and torque it the same way, then re-torque everything after the first 50 to 100 miles.
