This type of adapter is used for 5 lug 110mm bolt pattern cars to fit 5 lug 4.5" (114.3mm) wheels. CNC machined 6061 T6 billet aluminum. New wheel studs are included. These adapters can be used on the following cars:

Mount these to your 5x110mm hub and they let you run 5x4.5" (114.3mm) wheels. Clean the mating surface first, seat the adapter flush, and torque the fasteners to your vehicle's factory specification with help from the torque reference chart. Re-torque after 50 to 100 miles, and shorten any factory studs that stick past the adapter face so the wheel sits flat.

They are when installed correctly: flush against the hub, torqued to spec with full thread engagement, and re-torqued after the first short drive.
Does this change my track width?
Any adapter adds a small amount of track width equal to its own thickness. Its main job here is converting your 5x110mm hub to accept 5x4.5" (114.3mm) wheels.
