**If the hub studs protrude outside the adapter and prevent the wheels to sit flush on the adapter plates, it is required to shorten the factory studs. It happens most often on 1" thick adapters.

Since the bolt pattern is the same on both sides, these work as spacers: they bolt to your 5x4.5" (5x114.3mm) hubs and push each wheel outward for added track width. Torque the adapter nuts and lug nuts to spec using our torque reference chart, then re-torque after the first 50 to 100 miles. If the factory hub studs protrude past the adapter face, shorten them so the wheel sits flush.

Yes, when installed correctly: seated flat against the hub, torqued to spec, re-torqued after the first 50 to 100 miles, and with full thread engagement on every stud.
Do these change my bolt pattern?
No. Both sides are 5x4.5" (5x114.3mm), so your factory wheels bolt right back on. The 66.1mm bore keeps the hub centric fit, and the only change is added track width.
