These are used for 5x5" (127mm) bolt pattern cars to fit 6 Lug 4.5" (114.3mm) bolt pattern wheels. CNC machined 6061 T6 billet aluminum and 2" in thickness. New wheel studs are included. This is a 2 piece combination adapter in order to solve hole overlapping issue.

These adapters bolt to your 5x5 (5x127) hub so you can run 6x4.5 (6x114.3) wheels. Torque the adapter nuts and the wheel lug nuts to the values in our torque reference chart, working in a star pattern, then re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
Common questions
Are wheel adapters safe?
Yes, when installed correctly. The adapter has to sit flat against a clean hub face, every fastener torqued to spec, and the lug nuts need full thread engagement on the studs. Re-torque after the first 50 to 100 miles and check periodically after that.
Why is this a two-piece adapter?
The 5x5 and 6x4.5 hole patterns overlap each other, so a single plate cannot carry both cleanly. The two-piece combination design separates the patterns so every fastener seats in solid material.
