This adapter bolts to your 6x4.5" hub so you can run 6x135mm wheels. Both sides are six-lug, but the bolt circles differ, so it changes the pattern rather than only the width. Set each one flat against the hub, torque to your vehicle's factory specification with our torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles. If factory studs protrude past the adapter face, shorten them so the wheel seats flush.

My wheels are 6-lug already, will they bolt on?
Only if they are 6x135mm. Both sides are six-lug, but the spacing differs, so the wheel must match the 6x135mm side.
