This adapter steps your 6x4.5" hub out to a 6x5" wheel pattern. Mount each one flat against a clean hub face with full thread engagement, torque to your vehicle's factory specification with help from the torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles. Any factory studs that stick past the adapter face should be trimmed so the wheel seats flush.

Does this change my bolt pattern only, or my offset too?
It converts the pattern to 6x5" and pushes the wheel outward by its own thickness, which adds track width on each side.
