This type of adapter is used for 6 lug 5.5" (139.7mm) bolt pattern many recent Chevy cars/trucks to fit 6 lug 4.5" (114.3mm) bolt pattern wheels. Adapter step bore diameter is 108mm. Check your hub diameter before purchase. CNC machined 6061 T6 billet aluminum. New wheel studs and lug nuts are included.

Slide each adapter onto the 108mm register, seat it flat on a clean hub, and torque the hardware to your vehicle's factory specification, confirming the wheel sits flush before final tightening. Trim any factory studs that reach past the adapter face so nothing holds the wheel off. Consult the torque reference chart and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
