**If the hub studs protrude outside the adapter and prevent the wheels to sit flush on the adapter plates, it is required to shorten the factory studs. It happens most often on 1" thick adapters.

Because the pattern stays 6x120mm on both sides, this works as a spacer to widen your stance rather than convert wheels. Seat each one flat on a clean hub, torque the adapter and wheel to your vehicle's factory specification with the torque reference chart, and make sure any factory studs that poke past the face are shortened so the wheel seats flush. Re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
