**If the hub studs protrude outside the adapter and prevent the wheels to sit flush on the adapter plates, it is required to shorten the factory studs. It happens most often on 1" thick adapters.

Seat it flat against the hub, torque the hardware to your vehicle's factory specification using our torque reference chart, and re-torque after 50 to 100 miles. If factory studs protrude past the face, shorten them so the wheel seats flush.
