These thread onto your existing 6x5.5" studs and give you a fresh set of studs in the 5x5" pattern for the new wheels. Seat each adapter flat against a clean hub and tighten the hardware to your vehicle's factory specification using our torque reference chart. If your factory studs protrude past the adapter face they must be shortened so the wheel sits flush, and you should re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.

Are wheel adapters safe?
Yes. When each adapter seats flat on a clean hub, is torqued to spec with full stud and thread engagement, and is re-torqued after a short drive, it holds securely.
Will this change my fitment?
Yes. It converts a 6x5.5" hub to a 5x5" pattern and adds 2" of spacing per side, so confirm your new wheels clear the fenders and suspension.
