These are used for 6x135mm bolt pattern cars to fit 5 Lug 135mm bolt pattern wheels. CNC machined 6061 T6 billet aluminum and 2" in thickness. New wheel studs are included. This is a 2 piece combination adapter in order to solve hole overlapping issue.

This adapter changes the lug count and pushes the wheel out by its 2" thickness, so seat each one flat on a clean hub before torquing. Torque the adapter and wheel to your vehicle's factory specification using the torque reference chart, confirm full thread engagement, and shorten any factory studs that protrude past the face so the wheel seats flush. Re-torque after 50 to 100 miles.
